Who we are

Ceylon Bound Holidays & Tours is a Sri Lanka tour operator based at Galle Road, Kollupitiya, Colombo, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at ceylonboundholidays@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact form we collect the name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and trip preferences you choose to give us.

Our website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Basic, aggregated traffic data may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare and send your itinerary and quote, to answer your questions, and to arrange the hotels, guides, safaris and transport that make up your tour.

We share only the minimum necessary information with the hotels, national park operators and driver guides delivering your booked services. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Email and messaging

Enquiry forms are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form-delivery service, and WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. Do not send payment card numbers or passport scans through these channels.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes in Sri Lanka.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email your request to ceylonboundholidays@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.

If you are contacting us from the UK, EU, Switzerland or another region with equivalent data protection law, these rights apply to you regardless of where our servers are located.
